2021/2022 CDMHA REGISTRATION

Registration will be open on Tuesday, June 1st and closing on Friday, August 27th. Payment for registration will not be due until September 1st, a reminder will be sent out to everyone. We are hoping that come September we will be able to have a normal season, but at this time we can’t be sure. Because of current covid restrictions we will be limiting our teams to 17 players and 2 goalies (minor hockey active roster limit). If a team is full or a player tries to register after August 27th, they will be placed on a waitlist. If a division is full, decisions regarding splitting into two teams will be made in September. At this time, all U15 - U18 female players must register on the female team. We will do everything we can to make sure that every child who wants to play hockey will be able to, but we also have to follow the guidelines given to us. We appreciate your understanding.

If you don’t already have a TeamSnap account you will need to set one up by following the simple instructions.

In an effort to offset the economic ramifications of COVID-19, CDMHA has decided we will be offering the early registration rates as the regular registration rates for the entire 2021/2022 season. We ask all parents to register their children as soon as possible as those players not registered will not be guaranteed a spot. Registration will be open on June 1, 2021. Payment is not necessary while registering; we will not be accepting payments until September 1, 2021. All registrations will have to be paid before the players are allowed on the ice. There will be an option of making two equal credit card payments, the first payment on September 7, the second payment on Jan 1, 2022. This option is only available if being paid by credit card. If you are paying the full amount, you can pay by etransfer, email your payment to CDMHAfinance@gmail.com and use hockey as the security answer. Please be sure to put the player’s name in the notes section.

The rates are

U7 (Previously PreNovice) - $400.00

U9 (Previously Novice) - $410.00

U11 (Previously Atoms) - $420.00

U13 (Previously PeeWee) - $430.00

U15 (Previously Bantam) - $440.00

U18 (Previously Midget) - $450.00

First time players will receive 50% off registration fees

Projected goalie fees will be 50% off registration fees

Should a family have 3 or more children registered in CDMHA, the two oldest players shall be charged full fees. The subsequent younger player(s) will be charged half fees.

Although we anticipate many obstacles to overcome, CDMHA has decided to continue with registration in hopes of our season starting in September as per usual.
